Additional Expenses of Purchase and Sale of Properties.

– Capital Transfer Tax: 6.5% of the purchase price
– Tax Legal Acts (first transmission only): 1%.
– Notary expenses – an average of 700 euros per share. The amount depends on the number of official leaves in writing and the number of owners.
– Registration of the deed in the Property Registry – an average of 400 euros.
– Legal Services – 700 euros.
– When making a mortgage loan, the sums higher than the following charges are added:
– Bank commission for a loan – 1% of the amount issued.
– Evaluation of the property by an independent appraisal company – 200 – € 450, depending on the size and complexity of the property.
– By the second notary act (establishing the relationship with the buyer’s borrowing bank) – 600 euros
